Who it is for

Households in Amphoe Waeng, and people who will travel to the office, who want one structured look at the year. It suits shop takings that rise and fall, rubber or fruit income, school-fee months, and decisions shared with a spouse, sibling, or parent. A company that already receives monthly statements from an accountant has a different kind of review. The checkup is built for a household.

What you leave with

You leave with a goal sheet of up to four lines. Each line has a name, an amount, a date, and the person who decides. Within ten days you also receive a plain-language letter in Thai describing what the papers showed and what to watch before the next checkup. When the appointment was held in Malay, a Malay summary sits with the Thai letter.

Included in the fee

  • A one-page questionnaire after the date is held, with room to leave blanks.
  • Ninety minutes with Pimchanok Rattanakul. Farid Mahamad joins when the household wants the conversation in Malay.
  • A reading of income, debts, savings, and any gold or cash the household chooses to put on the table.
  • A goal sheet with up to four named aims.
  • A follow-up letter in Thai within ten days.
  • A home visit inside Amphoe Waeng at the same fee.

Work that stays with others

  • Fund purchases stay with a licensed broker the household chooses.
  • Tax filing stays with the household's accountant.
  • Land-title transfers and wills are prepared at the land office or by a lawyer.
  • Insurance policies the household already pays can be listed. Selling a new policy sits outside this appointment.

How the checkup proceeds

    After the date is held, we send a one-page list. You fill what you know. A blank is more useful than a guessed figure.

    The appointment

    Ninety minutes in the office or at home inside Amphoe Waeng. We read the year you actually had, including a busy month and a quiet one when income is uneven.

    The goal sheet

    Up to four goals. Each one carries an amount, a date, and the name of the person who decides. A wish without those three stays off the sheet.

  4. 04

    The letter

    Within ten days, a letter in Thai restates the four lines and names anything the papers could not show. Households who sat in Malay also receive a Malay summary.

What to bring

Bring what you can of the past twelve months of income notes, loan booklets, school or college fees with the months they fall due, insurance you already pay, and last year's goal sheet if you have one. Gold or cash kept at home is included only if you want it counted. Leave passwords at home. National identification numbers can stay in your pocket. The spelling of names is enough.

Limits of this appointment

One household per appointment. Four goals is the maximum on the sheet. Papers only in a language other than Thai or Malay slow the hour, so bring a relative who can explain them if you can. Debt emergencies and court dates need their own adviser on a faster timetable. The checkup is a scheduled yearly review, and the decisions remain the household's.

The fee

4,800 THB. Per household. A 1,000 THB deposit holds the date and is credited to the fee. Travel outside Amphoe Waeng is quoted before a date is held. The fee schedule lists the deposit and a second sitting for incomplete papers. Cancellations are set out on the refund page.
