Terms of engagement

These terms cover appointments with Keen Passagefield Financial Planning Co., Ltd. for annual financial checkups, goal tracking, cash-flow sittings, and horizon conversations. They were last revised on 20 September 2026. Booking a date, paying a deposit, or attending an appointment means you accept them.

The practice

Keen Passagefield Financial Planning Co., Ltd. was established in 2014. The office is at Tambon Waeng, Amphoe Waeng, Narathiwat 96160. Written letters are in Thai, with a Malay summary when the appointment was conducted in Malay.

Appointments

An appointment is a scheduled conversation about a household's money and goals. The scope of each appointment is described on its own page: the annual financial checkup, the mid-year goal review, the household cash-flow sitting, and the horizon conversation. The confirmation we send by email or telephone states the appointment, the fee, the place, and the language.

You agree to bring what papers you can, to say when a figure is a guess, and to name the person who decides. The practice agrees to leave blanks where papers are missing and to deliver the written piece promised for that appointment.

Fees

Fees are listed on the fee schedule and confirmed before the date is held. A deposit of 1,000 THB is part of the fee and holds the date. The balance is due before the appointment begins. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account. Travel outside Amphoe Waeng is quoted separately before the date is held. Cancellation and refund rules are on the refund page, and those rules are part of these terms.

Your papers and our formats

Figures, names, and decisions you bring belong to your household. You may keep every copy of your goal sheet and letter. The layout of the sheet, the shape of the letter, and the questionnaire are the practice's formats. You may use your own completed sheet inside your household. Publishing the blank format as your own stationery, or reselling the letter structure, needs our written agreement.

What the appointment covers

The appointment is a planning conversation and a piece of writing based on the papers you choose to show. Fund purchases stay with a licensed broker you choose. Tax filing stays with your accountant. Wills and land-title transfers are prepared by a lawyer or the land office. The letter will say when one of those steps is the sensible next act. Decisions remain yours, including what you tell a lender or the Revenue Department.

Liability

We prepare the sheet and the letter with care from the material in the room. If a paper was missing, the letter should say so. We are responsible for correcting a letter that misstates a fact you had already given us, as in a tapping season described on the wrong weeks. A later purchase, a loan decision, a tax outcome, or a change in rubber prices sits outside that duty. Where the law of Thailand allows a limit, our liability for a given appointment is limited to the fee you paid for that appointment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are brought before the courts of Thailand. The practice operates from Narathiwat.

Changes

If we revise these terms, the date at the top of this page will change. A date already confirmed keeps the terms that were in place when you paid the deposit, unless a change is required by Thai law.
