Household Cash-flow Sitting

The cash-flow sitting is for a household whose money does not arrive in equal months. It can be a first appointment. It does not replace the annual checkup, and it does not require one.

Who it is for

Shop households, rubber smallholdings, and fruit sellers in and around Waeng whose loan payment still leaves in a month when takings do not. Also useful when money sent to a parent is being treated as whatever is left over.

What you leave with

A one-page picture of two real months, plus an envelope split the household can keep on a busy week. Figures built from memory are marked as estimates. The page is written in Thai, with Malay labels when that is the language of the appointment.

Included in the fee

  • Seventy-five minutes led by Farid Mahamad.
  • [object Object]
  • Takings, stock, food, loan payments, and money sent to family, kept on separate lines.
  • A suggested envelope split, adjusted if the first version is too fiddly.

Work that stays with others

  • Opening a bank account stays with the bank.
  • The four-goal sheet and the yearly letter belong to the annual checkup.
  • We do not collect a password or move money during the appointment.

How the hour proceeds

  1. Name two months

Before you come, pick one tapping, festival, or harvest month and one quiet month. If you cannot, we choose them in the room from what you remember.

  2. Separate the piles

Shop stock is not household food. A remittance is a line of its own. Loan payments are written even in the month when takings were thin.

  3. Test the envelopes

We propose a split, then ask which envelope would fail in a real week. The awkward one is redesigned before you leave.

What to bring

If you can, count one ordinary week: takings, stock bought, money sent away, loan paid, and food. If you cannot, come anyway. Bring the loan booklet and any notebook you already keep, even with missing weeks.

Limits of this appointment

One household. The sitting describes cash you handle yourselves. A registered company with a bookkeeper already has monthly figures of a different kind. Home visits stay inside Amphoe Waeng unless travel is quoted first.

Who sits with you

Farid Mahamad leads cash-flow sittings. He works in Thai and Malay.

The fee

2,600 THB. Per household. The 1,000 THB deposit holds the date and is credited to the fee. Travel outside Amphoe Waeng is quoted before a date is held. The fee schedule lists the deposit and a second sitting for incomplete papers. Cancellations are set out on the refund page.
