Who it is for

Households who still have the goal sheet from their last checkup and want a shorter appointment before school-fee month, a quiet rubber season, or a large repair. New topics that need a full year of papers wait for the next annual checkup.

What you leave with

The same sheet comes back with marks: done, delayed, dropped, or rewritten. You also leave with a short note of the change, not a second full letter. Dropping a goal is a result we will write down.

  • Fifty minutes with the planner who knows the sheet, or with Farid when the household prefers Malay.
  • A line-by-line look at the goals named at the annual checkup.
  • Room to lower a monthly set-aside that proved too high in a quiet month.
  • A short written note of what changed.

Work that stays with others

  • A fresh set of four goals belongs to the next annual checkup.
  • Investment sales, tax returns, and title work stay with the broker, accountant, or land office.

How the hour proceeds

  1. Bring the sheet

    Tea stains are welcome. If the sheet was lost, tell us when you book and we will bring the office copy.

  2. Mark each line

    We ask what was paid, what was delayed, and who still decides. Estimates are marked as estimates.

  3. Rewrite only what broke

    A goal that no longer fits is crossed out. A figure that was too proud for a quiet month is lowered on the page.

What to bring

Bring the goal sheet and any booklet that explains a line you want to change, such as a fee notice or a repair estimate. You do not need a full year of takings unless a line depends on them.

Limits of this appointment

The review is open only to households whose annual checkup was within the past twelve months. It is one household and the goals already on the sheet. A later-life question about land or leaving a shop belongs in a horizon conversation.

Pimchanok Rattanakul or Farid Mahamad, matching the language of the original checkup when we can.

The fee

2,200 THB. Available only after an annual checkup in the previous twelve months. The 1,000 THB deposit is credited to the fee. Travel outside Amphoe Waeng is quoted before a date is held. The fee schedule lists the deposit and a second sitting for incomplete papers. Cancellations are set out on the refund page.
